Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our food products. Once the package has been dropped off with the courier, we absolve ourselves of any further responsibility for your package, unless you receive a faulty product. We urge you to inspect your package within the first 24 hours of delivery. This is to confirm receipt of your order and to verify that nothing has been missed.
What protocol follows if my order is defective?
Should you receive a defective product (excluding any physical damage to your package), kindly capture the defect in a photo or a video and reach out to us through email at mimiandsosoyyc@gmail.com or DM us through our Instagram account @mimi.and.soso within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please include details and visuals related to the product defect in your email. We try our best to respond within 24 hours of receiving your message!
What if an item from my order is missing?
In case we missed packing an item in your order, please notify us within 24 hours. Capture a picture of all received items along with the packaging. Send us an email at mimiandsosoyyc@gmail.com including your name and order number. We are committed to resolving such issues as soon as we can!
