due to the handcrafted nature of our products, each product may vary slightly; this includes the color, pattern placement, size, and shape. our products are not animal or human proof so please do not leave your four legged family members unattended while wearing our products. MIMI & SOSO is not responsible for any damage due to misuse.


Processing time:

our current processing time is 7 to 10 business days from order to ship date. we try our hardest to get our products out the doors and into your hands asap!


Shipping policy:

please ensure your shipping address is accurate. There will be a $5 restock fee for all returned orders. If a package is returned, the customer will be responsible to pay for the returned shipping cost, restock fee and reshipping fee.

We offer FREE local pick-up, free domestic lettermail and free tracked shipping on all orders over $150 in Canada & US orders over $200.

you will be notified when your package is dropped off at the post office. If you selected a shipping option with tracking, tracking will be provided via email when the shipping label is created. If you select free domestic lettermail as a shipping option, please note that it does not include a tracking number which means your order will not be trackable.

MIMI & SOSO is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages, delays due to weather, strikes, or any other conditions that causes a delay at the post.


Return policy:

we do not accept returns due to the fact that all of our products are handcrafted to order. we provide detailed sizing information under the sizing guide section in our header as well as in every product description. please let us know if you have any questions before purchasing.


Exchange policy:

exchanges are permitted due to defect or if you are unsatisfied with your order due to quality or imperfection. please email us with photos and a detailed explanation of any imperfection noted. shipping back to MIMI & SOSO is the responsibility of the customer. once we receive your defective item, we will replace it with a new item as soon as possible.


Cleaning instructions for bandans:

we recommend spot cleaning or hand wash in warm soapy water. Do not place in washing machine.

Lay flat and air dry and do not put it in the dryer. Iron as needed.

all materials have been pre-washed before being handcrafted, sizes and dimensions should not change after a wash.


Food storage instructions:

Freeze dried pet treats:once opened, the food will be exposed to oxygen which will cause it to re-hydrate. To ensure freshness, always keep the bag completely sealed and consume within 1 month.
